ANDA is the Australasian Numismatic Dealer’s Association, the peak industry body for professional numismatists in Australia. Monetarium was a founding member of ANDA when it was formed in 1995, our directors have held several senior positions on the ANDA Committee since then. Members of ANDA are subject to scrutiny by the ANDA Ethics & Good Conduct Committee, and work together to promote confidence in the industry.
The authenticity and title of all items sold by Monetarium is guaranteed.
Like most Australian collectors and dealers, we use the descriptive grading standard to explain the condition of the items we sell. General guides to this method of grading may be found in the front of major Australian catalogues, however if you have any question regarding the grade of any of our stock, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Monetarium offers a 14 day cooling off period on all its products. If you change you mind about your purchase just return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money. Your Item (including its packaging) must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered - opened mint rolls will not be accepted.
You may also return your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you disagree with our grading. If you wish to receive a refund of your money you must provide proof from two other (ANDA associated or reputable) dealers that the item you purchased is graded incorrectly. In such a case, we will, in addition, reimburse you for the shipping costs involved in retuning the item (please provide your receipts).
