The Internet and e-mail allow us to communicate far more effectively than we ever have - members of our "E-Club" enjoy a range of services that make collecting easier and more rewarding:

Up to date lists: Every Friday, our eClub members receive a short newsletter that lists all of the stock we’ve purchased that week – this gives them first opportunity at our best stock, and saves a lot of search time. eClub members also get advance notification of any direct mail list we send out.

Market Trends: E-club members are kept ahead and abreast of market trends in the numismatic world, both in the domestic market and around the world. We advise our clients of the likely consequences of major commemorative events etc before they occur, allowing astute collectors to take advantage of movements in demand.

Numismatic Research: Many sections of our research library are made available to our e-club members. Our dealers are continually increasing their knowledge of every area of Australian numismatics, and have an intimate understanding of rarity and market value. If you want to learn more about the rarity of a particular coin, or the story behind a particular banknote, we have the information that will answer your question.

Grading & Authentication: Guidance and advice on grading and authentication of Australian coins and banknotes is provided on request. Our directors and staff have many years of experience in handling the very rarest coins and banknotes in Australia. They are well placed to guide the novice on the basics of grading, and also have the experience to advise the advanced collector on more complex authentication issues

First Refusal on rarities: Many rare coins and notes simply do not make it on to our published lists of coins, simply due to the fact that they sell quite soon after being purchased. If you have provided us your want list, we will ensure that you are offered first refusal as soon as the item becomes available.

Complimentary valuations: A complimentary valuation of each e-club member’s portfolio is provided once every 12 months upon request.

Collecting Aids: We provide our clients with a number of aids to assist them in collecting. These services and products include albums, books, price guides, magnifying glasses and printed "templates". E-mail our staff to find out more.

Special Offers: We are often able to purchase limited numbers of rare items that are in strong demand. We will often only extend "special offers" to our e-club members, ensuring they get the best deals available as well as possibly saving them money.
