Guarantees (Authenticity; Grading & Satisfaction)

Buying from us

The authenticity and title of all items sold by Monetarium is guaranteed.

Like most Australian collectors and dealers, we use the descriptive grading standard to explain the condition of the items we sell. General guides to this method of grading may be found in the front of major Australian catalogues, however if you have any question regarding the grade of any of our stock, don't hesitate to contact us.

Monetarium offers a 10 day cooling off period on all its products. If you change you mind about your purchase just return it within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your money.

Your Item (including its packaging) must be returned in the same condition as it was when sold - seals (including plastic wrap) must not be broken, all carded coins must remain sealed as sold and any opened mint rolls will not be accepted.

In this industry, we must be strict on quality control. Do not attempt to clean your coins or flatten your banknotes in order to upgrade them, as you will inevitably down grade them. It is easy for us and other dealers to tell a cleaned coin or flattened note and we will not accept them as returns. We have high-resolution pictures of all our graded items and we will check, upon return that the item is still in the same condition.

Selling to us

Monetarium is not obligated to return any items sold to us once a transaction has completed.
